Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 86°F or below, 87-88°F, 89-90°F, 91-92°F, 93-94°F, or 95°F and above. The official data from The Weather Company is the sole determinant, even if other sources show different values. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and participants should exercise caution when interpreting early readings. If the Exchange identifies a material error in the initial non-preliminary data publication, it may delay expiration until a corrected version is released or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the end of this period, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
