Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
The market resolves at May 31, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official highest temperature recorded in Ankara on May 31, typically sourced from meteorological authorities or established weather data providers. The outcome is binary, matching reported temperatures against predefined thresholds. Once the actual temperature is confirmed and published, the market settles automatically, and traders' positions are paid out according to the outcome.
Several factors could shift market odds before resolution. Seasonal weather pattern updates, atmospheric pressure systems, and long-range climate forecasts from meteorological agencies may influence trader expectations. Major weather events or anomalies in the weeks leading up to May 31 could signal shifts in regional temperature trends. Additionally, historical May temperature records for Ankara and real-time weather model updates closer to the event date will likely drive trading activity and repricing as new data becomes available.
