The event resolves based on the Ripple-Dollar Real Time Index (XRPUSD_RTI) price at exactly 5 PM EST on November 1, 2026, using the simple average of the sixty seconds before that time. Thirty-nine distinct price ranges are defined, each corresponding to a specific market outcome. If the price falls within any of these ranges at the specified moment, the associated market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. If data is unavailable or incomplete at the expiration time, all affected markets resolve to 'No'.
