Boundary touches count. Markets whose level is never reached before the deadline resolve "No". In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting SPY (SPY), these markets resolve on split-adjusted prices, and the price specified in each market is adjusted proportionally. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the SPY (SPY) daily price data available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SPY/. If that data is unavailable due to an outage or other technical disruption, the official price published by the primary exchange on which SPY (SPY) trades governs.

On Opinion, this market is priced using a continuous double auction, where traders buy and sell contracts representing different SPY price levels. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that price level being reached during the specified week. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders adjust their bids and asks based on their own analysis and expectations, creating a dynamic market price. The more traders who believe a certain price level is likely, the higher the price of the corresponding contract will be, and vice versa. This creates a real-time assessment of market sentiment.

The precise price will be determined by standard financial data sources and will be publicly available. The resolution process ensures a transparent and objective determination of the outcome based on established market data.

Several factors could significantly influence this market. Major macroeconomic announcements, such as changes in interest rates or inflation data, could shift investor sentiment. Unexpected geopolitical events or shifts in global economic conditions could also have a substantial impact. Company earnings reports from key SPY constituents, and any significant news regarding the overall health of the U.S. economy, are also likely to move the market. Broad market corrections or rallies, driven by investor confidence or fear, would also be key signals to watch.
