This market refers to the Valorant match between 100 Thieves and T1 in the VCT Champions Group A, initially scheduled for September 27, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "100 Thieves" if 100 Thieves win the match against T1. This market will resolve to "T1" if T1 win the match against 100 Thieves. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 27, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://vlr.gg. However, if https://vlr.gg has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Generally, prediction market odds often diverge from initial analyst forecasts, as they reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders. While analysts may offer pre-event predictions based on team statistics and player skill, this market incorporates real-time information and evolving sentiment. If analysts widely favor a particular team, the odds on Predict may initially align, but significant betting activity can quickly adjust the probabilities. It’s common to see the market ‘correct’ initial biases present in expert opinions.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, ultimately determining the implied probability of each team winning. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders bet on a specific outcome, the higher the price of that contract becomes, and the lower the implied probability of the alternative outcome. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and reflect the collective expectations of participants.
This market resolves around Sep 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Valorant VCT Champions Group A BO3 match between 100 Thieves and T1. The winning team, as determined by the official tournament organizers, will be the basis for settlement. No further details regarding the specific resolution process are available beyond this high-level timing and outcome verification.
Several factors could significantly influence this market before resolution. Unexpected roster changes for either 100 Thieves or T1, reports of player illness or injury, or even significant shifts in public sentiment based on recent match performance could all cause the odds to move. Major news regarding team strategies or map picks could also impact trading activity. Any information that alters perceptions of each team’s chances of winning is likely to be reflected in the price action on Predict.
