Opinion
In the upcoming LCK best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-09-12 05:00 UTC: if Hanwha Life Esports wins the series, the market will resolve to "Hanwha Life Esports"; if T1 wins the series, the market will resolve to "T1". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official LCK broadcast and https://lolesports.com. Note: Opinion will resolve this market strictly based on the first final result officially published or announced by a designated resolution source. Any subsequent revision, correction, or reversal will not affect the resolution.

Currently, the prediction market odds reflect a different outlook than many analyst forecasts. While some analysts favor one team, the market’s collective prediction, as expressed through trading volume, suggests a more nuanced expectation. It’s common to see discrepancies between prediction markets and traditional forecasts, as markets incorporate a wider range of information and are continuously updated based on new data and opinions. This market provides a unique perspective, aggregating the wisdom of the crowd and offering a potentially more accurate assessment of the likely outcome.
On Opinion, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about the outcome. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective judgment of all participants. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the odds closely reflect the current sentiment surrounding the League of Legends match. Traders are constantly adjusting their positions, leading to a real-time assessment of probabilities that can differ from pre-event expectations.
This market resolves around Sep 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the League of Legends match between T1 and Hanwha Life Esports. The platform will verify the result against publicly available data to ensure accuracy and transparency in determining the winning outcome of this market.
Several factors could significantly shift the odds in this market before the Sep 12, 2026 resolution.
