This market will resolve to "Up" if the SKHYNIX/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SKHYNIX/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SKHYNIX/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/skhynix-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SKHYNIX/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-29T04:15:00Z

Currently, analysts have mixed opinions on the future performance of SK Hynix, with forecasts ranging from moderate growth to potential decline based on semiconductor industry trends. However, prediction market odds represent the collective wisdom of traders who are putting their money where their mouths are. This market provides a real-time assessment of probabilities, potentially offering a more accurate near-term forecast than static analyst reports, as it dynamically adjusts to new information and changing sentiment. It's a different way to gauge expectations for the stock.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their beliefs about whether the SK Hynix stock will close higher or lower by the specified time. The price of these contracts reflects the probability of that outcome, as determined by supply and demand. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price indicates what percentage of the stock's future movement is already priced in by the market participants, providing insight into overall confidence levels.
This market resolves around Oct 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will be based on whether the SK Hynix stock price has increased or decreased during the specified 12:15AM-12:30AM ET timeframe on October 29th. The final price will be compared to the opening price to determine if the market predicts the stock's direction accurately. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on their predictions.
Several factors could significantly influence this market before Oct 29, 2026. Major announcements from SK Hynix regarding earnings, new product launches, or changes in leadership could all trigger price movements. Broader economic indicators, particularly those related to the semiconductor industry and global demand for memory chips, will also play a role. Unexpected geopolitical events or shifts in investor sentiment towards technology stocks could also cause volatility in this market, making it an interesting space to watch.
