This market will resolve to "Up" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SNDK/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/sndk-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SNDK/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-29T17:30:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may rely on financial models and company reports, this market aggregates the wisdom of the crowd, incorporating a wider range of information and potential catalysts. If analysts are largely bullish on Sandisk, we might see a higher probability assigned to the 'up' outcome here than their average price target suggests. Conversely, if analysts are cautious, this market could indicate greater uncertainty or a potentially negative outlook. It’s a valuable comparison point for anyone following the stock.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether Sandisk’s stock will be up or down by the specified time. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, creating the odds you see on the dashboard. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust expectations as the event approaches. Essentially, the collective actions of traders determine the probability assigned to each outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the direction of Sandisk’s stock price between 1:30 PM and 1:45 PM ET on October 29th will determine whether the 'up' or 'down' outcome is declared. The final price movement during that 15-minute window will be the basis for the resolution. Traders will have until the resolution time to adjust their positions based on any last-minute developments.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market. Unexpected news regarding Sandisk’s financial performance, major announcements from competitors, or broader market trends in the semiconductor industry could all influence trader sentiment. Any significant shifts in overall stock market conditions, particularly within the technology sector, would also be a key factor. Additionally, analyst upgrades or downgrades, and even social media buzz surrounding the stock, could contribute to price fluctuations in this market as traders react to new information.
