This market will resolve to "Up" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SNDK/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/sndk-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink?timeframe=1d&chart=candlestick To verify the final price, use the close price of the 5m candlestick just before the market's end time. For example, for a market running from 1:00 to 1:15 PM ET, use the close price of the 1:10 PM candlestick as the final price. The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SNDK/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-27T17:30:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may rely on financial models and company reports, this market incorporates the collective wisdom of many traders. This can lead to divergences in expectations, especially when considering factors not easily quantifiable by traditional methods. It’s common to see this market react quickly to news and events, potentially anticipating shifts in sentiment before they are fully reflected in analyst ratings. The degree of difference can vary, but it's a useful comparison point for anyone following Sandisk.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether Sandisk stock will go up or down. The price of these contracts reflects the probability of that outcome, as perceived by the collective market participants. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe the stock will rise, the higher the price of the 'up' contract will be, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market stays responsive to new information and changing sentiment surrounding Sandisk.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will be based on whether the Sandisk stock price moved up or down during the specified timeframe of October 27, 1:30PM-1:45PM ET. The final price movement will be verified against credible public sources to determine whether the 'up' or 'down' outcome is declared. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on their predictions.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before Oct 27, 2026. Unexpected news regarding Sandisk’s financial performance, such as earnings reports or revenue projections, could trigger substantial price swings. Major announcements related to the semiconductor industry, including technological breakthroughs or shifts in market demand, could also impact sentiment. Furthermore, broader economic indicators, like inflation data or interest rate decisions, could indirectly influence the stock's trajectory. Any significant news related to Western Digital, Sandisk’s parent company, could also move this market.
