This market will resolve to "Up" if the QQQ/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the QQQ/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the QQQ/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/qqq-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink?timeframe=1d&chart=candlestick To verify the final price, use the close price of the 5m candlestick just before the market's end time. For example, for a market running from 1:00 to 1:15 PM ET, use the close price of the 1:10 PM candlestick as the final price. The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink QQQ/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-26T14:45:00Z

Currently, it's important to note that prediction market odds often reflect a different kind of information than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may base their predictions on fundamental or technical analysis, this market represents the collective wisdom of traders who are putting their capital at risk. This can lead to divergences, as the market may incorporate factors not fully captured in standard analyses. It’s a unique way to see what traders believe will happen with the QQQ, as opposed to what experts predict.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether the QQQ will be up or down during the specified time window. The price of these contracts directly reflects the probability of each outcome, as determined by supply and demand. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe the QQQ will rise, the higher the price of the 'up' contracts will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures the market reflects the latest information and sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the direction of the QQQ will be assessed based on its price movement between 10:45 AM and 11:00 AM ET on October 26th. If the QQQ closes higher than its opening price during that period, the 'up' outcome will be declared the winner; otherwise, the 'down' outcome will prevail. The final price will be sourced from standard financial data providers.
Several factors could significantly influence this market before it resolves. Unexpected economic data releases, such as inflation reports or employment figures, could shift investor sentiment and impact the QQQ. Major news events affecting technology companies, which heavily comprise the QQQ, could also cause price fluctuations. Furthermore, any surprising announcements from the Federal Reserve regarding monetary policy could trigger a market reaction. Overall market risk appetite and geopolitical developments are also potential catalysts that could move this market.
