This market will resolve to "Up" if the NVDA/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the NVDA/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the NVDA/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/nvda-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink?timeframe=1d&chart=candlestick To verify the final price, use the close price of the 5m candlestick just before the market's end time. For example, for a market running from 1:00 to 1:15 PM ET, use the close price of the 1:10 PM candlestick as the final price. The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink NVDA/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-26T14:45:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often offer a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts frequently publish price targets and ratings based on fundamental research, this market reflects the wisdom of the crowd, incorporating a broader range of information and potential catalysts. Discrepancies can arise from differing interpretations of data, varying risk appetites, or the inclusion of non-public information within the market. It’s common to see prediction markets react more quickly to news events than analyst revisions, providing a potentially more up-to-date signal.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether the NVIDIA stock will close up or down. The price of these contracts directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market efficiently aggregates diverse viewpoints, and the odds shift as new information becomes available and traders adjust their positions. Higher trading volume generally indicates greater confidence and agreement among participants regarding the likely outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the closing price of NVIDIA stock during the specified time window – 10:45AM to 11:00AM ET on October 26th – will determine whether the market settles in the 'Up' or 'Down' direction. The resolution will be based on a widely recognized and publicly available financial data source, ensuring transparency and accuracy in determining the final result of this market.
Several factors could significantly influence this market's direction before resolution. Major announcements from NVIDIA regarding earnings, new product launches, or changes in guidance would likely cause substantial price movement. Broader macroeconomic news, such as interest rate decisions or inflation reports, could also impact the stock market as a whole, and therefore this market. Unexpected news related to key competitors or shifts in the semiconductor industry landscape could also be catalysts. Any significant event affecting investor sentiment towards technology stocks has the potential to move the odds.
