If the recorded minimum temperature falls within a specific range, the associated market resolves to 'Yes,' with all other markets resolving to 'No.' The Weather Company’s data is the sole authority for determination. Preliminary data may be subject to revision, and the exchange retains discretion to address material errors or data unavailability. In cases of unresolved data by the expiration date, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the exchange.
