All markets resolve based on the minimum temperature recorded at Boston's CLIBOS station on September 15, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 48°F or below, 49-50°F, 51-52°F, 53-54°F, 55-56°F, or above 56°F. The Exchange uses The Weather Company's official reporting as the sole determinant, even if other services show different values. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if it identifies a material error in initial publications. If no valid data exists by expiration, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
