Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a different market outcome. If the minimum temperature is less than 72°F, the "71° or below" market resolves to Yes. If it falls between 72°F and 73°F, the "72° to 73°" market resolves to Yes, and this pattern continues for successive ranges up to 79°F. For temperatures greater than 79°F, the "80° or above" market resolves to Yes. The Weather Company’s official reported value is the sole determinant, regardless of other sources.
