Description

This market refers to the LoL Grand final match between LOS and FURIA Esports in the CBLOL Playoffs, initially scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "LOS" if LOS win the match against FURIA Esports. This market will resolve to "FURIA Esports" if FURIA Esports win the match against LOS. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

On Predict, the dashboard for the CBLOL Playoffs market tracks the current odds for each potential outcome, along with a price history chart showing how those odds have changed over time. You can also view the 24-hour trading volume, which currently stands at $163,677, and the total market volume, which is $168,115. Currently, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to typical analyst forecasts for this matchup. While analysts often provide subjective opinions based on team performance and player skill, this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are putting their money behind their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to factors not easily captured in traditional analysis, such as team morale, unexpected strategic shifts, or even individual player form on the day of the event. This offers a different angle for evaluating potential outcomes.

On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous exchange where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the probability that traders assign to each outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders believe LOS will win, for example, the price of that outcome’s contract will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures the market odds are constantly updated to reflect the latest information and sentiment.

This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official results of the best-of-five series between LOS and FURIA Esports in the CBLOL Playoffs. The team that wins three games will be declared the winner, and that outcome will determine the settlement of this market. The platform will verify the results from official League of Legends esports sources.

Several signals could significantly move this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries or roster changes for either LOS or FURIA Esports would likely impact the odds. Major shifts in public perception, perhaps driven by influential analysts or community figures, could also influence trading activity. Finally, in-game performance during the early stages of the series itself – even before a winner is determined – could cause rapid adjustments in the market as traders react to real-time events and reassess probabilities.
