In the upcoming VCT best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-09-08 21:10 UTC: if Shopify Rebellion Gold wins the series, the market will resolve to "Shopify Rebellion Gold"; if FlyQuest RED wins the series, the market will resolve to "FlyQuest RED". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official VCT broadcast and https://valorantesports.com/; community coverage on vlr.gg may be used as a supplementary source. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Comparing prediction market odds to analyst forecasts reveals interesting insights into collective wisdom versus expert opinion. Often, this market, like others on Opinion, demonstrates a tendency to incorporate information more quickly than traditional forecasts. While analysts may offer reasoned predictions based on available data, the prediction market aggregates the opinions of numerous participants, potentially leading to a more accurate assessment of the likely outcome. However, it’s important to remember that past performance isn’t indicative of future results, and both approaches have their strengths and weaknesses.
On Opinion, this market is priced through a continuous exchange where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher its price will climb. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards another outcome, its price will increase while the first outcome’s price falls. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the market odds reflect the most up-to-date collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Sep 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the FlyQuest RED versus Shopify Rebellion Gold match. The platform will verify the result against widely available and trusted sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders holding contracts on the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution. It’s important to monitor the event’s progress as the resolution date approaches.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before it resolves. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes for either FlyQuest RED or Shopify Rebellion Gold could impact trading activity. Major upsets in related matches or announcements about the tournament format could also cause shifts in sentiment. Furthermore, general hype or increased media coverage surrounding the event could attract more traders and increase volume, leading to price fluctuations. Monitoring these factors will be crucial for anyone looking to trade in this market.
