In the upcoming VCT best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-08-20 23:30 UTC: if KRÜ Esports wins the series, the market will resolve to "KRÜ Esports"; if Fluxo W7M wins the series, the market will resolve to "Fluxo W7M". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official VCT broadcast and https://valorantesports.com/; community coverage on vlr.gg may be used as a supplementary source. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Compared to analyst forecasts, prediction market odds reflect the collective betting sentiment of traders rather than expert opinions alone. Analysts might weigh team statistics, player form, and historical matchups differently than the crowd on Opinion. Sometimes this market aligns closely with popular expert picks, while at other times it diverges, offering a unique perspective on betting interest and perceived probabilities.
On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Opinion, traders manually set prices through buying and selling contracts, which determines the current implied probability for each outcome. The top outcome’s chance displayed reflects the aggregated bets from all participants. This decentralized pricing model lets users express their views directly through trading, with prices adjusting dynamically based on flow and sentiment.
This market resolves around Aug 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match result, which is then automatically settled by the platform based on publicly available data sources. Traders can track updates as the event approaches to see how the market might shift before settlement.
Key signals that could shift this market include player injuries, coaching changes, recent performance in practice matches, and shifts in team morale or strategy. Any news affecting either team’s lineup or form may cause traders to reassess probabilities. Additionally, broader factors like venue conditions or weather (if applicable) might also influence expectations and move prices before resolution.
