This event determines the price range of Ethereum on a specific date and time by analyzing real-time index data. The outcome depends on where the average price falls within predefined brackets at the exact moment of evaluation.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on Oct 8, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, and the market resolving to 'Yes' is the one where the calculated average falls within its defined bounds. If the average is below $1,839.99, the first market resolves to 'Yes.' If it is above $3,359.99, the final market resolves to 'Yes.' For all other cases, the market corresponding to the exact range into which the average falls will resolve to 'Yes,' with all others resolving to 'No.' The official price is derived from averaging 60 ERTI prices collected in the last minute before expiration, ensuring precision and standardization across all outcomes.
