Each market corresponds to a specific price range, with Rule 1 covering prices at or below $1,589.99 and Rule 40 covering prices above $3,109.99. The official price is determined by averaging 60 ERTI readings taken in the final minute before 5 PM EDT. All markets share identical secondary rules emphasizing that CF Benchmarks' ERTI is the definitive source, distinct from consumer-facing platforms like Google or Coinbase, and that the average of the final minute's data constitutes the binding measurement for resolution.
