This event tracks Ethereum's price at a specific future moment, using a trusted index to determine the outcome. The price will be checked at a precise time, and the result will fall into one of several predefined ranges.
The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on October 27, 2026. If this average falls within any of the specified price ranges—from $1,539.99 or below up to $3,060 or above—the corresponding market resolves to Yes. All markets share the same resolution process: data is collected from the ERTI during the final minute before expiration, averaged over sixty seconds, and compared against the defined thresholds. The secondary rules clarify that while public sources like Google or Coinbase may offer reference points, the official price used for resolution comes exclusively from CF Benchmarks' ERTI, ensuring consistency and eliminating discrepancies from varying market data sources.
