This event tracks Ethereum's price at a specific future moment, using a standardized benchmark index to determine the outcome. The price will be measured precisely at 5 PM EDT on October 26, 2026, by averaging real-time data collected in the final minute before that time.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) immediately preceding 5 PM EDT on October 26, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, and the market resolving to 'Yes' is the one whose range contains this calculated average. The official price determination involves collecting 60 individual ERTI price points during the last minute before 5 PM EDT, then computing their arithmetic mean. While public exchanges like Google or Coinbase show reference prices, the definitive value exclusively uses CF Benchmarks' ERTI methodology. All markets are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive, ensuring exactly one 'Yes' outcome corresponding to where the final average falls within the defined intervals ranging from below $1,540 up to above $3,059.99.
