This set of markets will determine whether Ethereum's price reaches various thresholds by a specific date and time. Each threshold represents a different price level that Ethereum must surpass for the corresponding market to settle as 'Yes'. The outcomes are based on a standardized, averaged price measurement from a trusted source.
All markets share a common resolution methodology centered on the Ethereum price at 5 PM EDT on October 13, 2026. Each market has a distinct price threshold, specified in USD, which must be exceeded for the market to resolve as 'Yes'. The determining price is derived from the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) immediately preceding 5 PM EDT on the expiration date. CF Benchmarks collects 60 price readings during the final minute before expiration and calculates the average of these readings as the official closing price. This methodology ensures consistency across all thresholds, with each market independently evaluating whether its specific threshold is met by the calculated average price. The secondary rules clarify that while public sources like Google or Coinbase may offer reference points, the official price used for resolution comes exclusively from CF Benchmarks' ERTI, eliminating discrepancies from varying data sources.
