This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Envy and GamerLegion in the Tesla Cup Group B, initially scheduled for October 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "Envy" if Envy win the match against GamerLegion. This market will resolve to "GamerLegion" if GamerLegion win the match against Envy. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may lean on team rankings and historical performance, this market incorporates the wisdom of the crowd, factoring in more nuanced information like player form, recent roster changes, and even potential psychological factors. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, as prediction markets can quickly adapt to new information and changing perceptions, something that analyst reports may not always capture in real-time. This difference highlights the unique insights offered by a predictive market like this one.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible outcome. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of the traders. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This means that if many traders believe Envy is likely to win, the price of contracts representing that outcome will increase, and vice-versa. The platform facilitates this dynamic pricing, allowing the market to efficiently aggregate information and generate a forecast based on the actions of participants.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the best-of-three Counter-Strike match between Envy and GamerLegion in the Tesla Cup Group B. The platform will verify the final scoreline against reliable sources to determine which team emerged victorious, and the corresponding contracts will be settled accordingly. Traders will then receive their payouts based on the final outcome and their positions in this market.
Several signals could significantly move this market before Oct 27, 2026. Unexpected news regarding player health or potential roster changes for either Envy or GamerLegion would likely cause shifts in the odds. Significant performance fluctuations in recent matches, particularly if one team demonstrates a clear advantage or weakness, could also impact trading activity. Major upsets in other concurrent tournaments could influence perceptions of team strength and indirectly affect this market. Finally, any substantial betting volume on Predict itself could drive price movements as traders react to each other's actions.
