Description

This set of markets will resolve based on the Bitcoin price at a specific future timestamp, using a standardized benchmark index to determine the closing value. Each market has a different price threshold, and the outcome depends on whether the average price meets or exceeds that threshold at the exact moment specified.

Kalshi

All markets in this event resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately preceding 5 PM EDT on October 13, 2026. For each market, if this average exceeds the specified threshold (e.g., $73,000, $73,250, etc.), the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. The official price is determined by collecting 60 BRTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. It is important to note that this benchmark may differ from prices shown on consumer platforms like Google or Coinbase, and the BRTI average is the sole determinant of all outcomes.
