Description

This set of markets will resolve based on the price of Bitcoin at a specific future date and time, using a standardized benchmark for price verification. Each market has a different price threshold that must be met or exceeded for resolution.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on October 12, 2026. For each market, if this average exceeds the specified threshold (e.g., $72,499.99, $72,749.99, etc.), the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. The official price is determined by collecting 60 BRTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. This methodology ensures consistency across all markets by using a single, authoritative data source rather than public exchanges, which may vary.
