While some pundits favor Kylian Mbappé to win the Ballon d'Or in 2026, this market reflects a more nuanced view, with Lamine Yamal also receiving significant consideration from traders. It’s common to see discrepancies between prediction market probabilities and expert opinions, as markets aggregate the wisdom of many individuals and respond dynamically to new information, while analysts rely on individual assessments and pre-defined models. This market provides a real-time assessment of potential outcomes.
On Predict, this market is priced using a continuous double auction, meaning traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief in whether Kylian Mbappé or Lamine Yamal will finish higher.
