Zeta Global Holdings Corp. is a marketing technology and data company that serves enterprise clients. These markets track whether the company will report having more than a specified threshold of high-value customers (those generating over $1 million in annual revenue) during the second quarter of 2026.
Resolution is based on Zeta Global Holdings Corp.'s official Q2 2026 financial reporting or earnings disclosure regarding the count of super-scaled customers with annual contract values exceeding $1 million. Each market corresponds to a specific threshold: 190, 192, 194, 196, 198, 200, 202, or 204 super-scaled customers. A market resolves to Yes if the company reports a customer count strictly above its designated threshold. The official source for resolution shall be Zeta Global's Q2 2026 earnings report, investor presentations, or SEC filings. In the event of discrepancies between sources, the most recent official company disclosure takes precedence. If Zeta Global does not report this metric or the metric is redefined materially, resolution shall be determined by the most comparable official disclosure available or by administrator discretion based on available evidence of customer counts in that category.
Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst forecasts because they incorporate real-time information and trader conviction through financial incentives. While equity analysts publish periodic reports with revenue projections, this market updates continuously as new data emerges, allowing traders to price in earnings surprises, guidance changes, or competitive developments faster than formal research cycles. Comparing the implied probability here to published analyst consensus can reveal whether the market is pricing in more optimism or caution than the research community, highlighting potential gaps in expectations.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing yes or no outcomes. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform converts the current bid-ask spread into an implied probability, displayed as a percentage. Traders profit by correctly predicting whether Zeta's super-scaled customer count will exceed the one-million-dollar threshold by the end of Q2, with payouts determined by the final binary outcome. This mechanism ensures prices reflect the aggregate belief of all active participants in real time.
This market resolves around Dec 2, 2026, once Zeta's Q2 financial results are publicly available and verifiable. The outcome is determined by whether the company reports super-scaled customer revenue exceeding one million dollars during that quarter. Resolution hinges on confirmed public reporting from credible financial sources, ensuring the result reflects actual company performance rather than speculation. Traders should monitor Zeta's earnings announcements and official disclosures as the resolution date approaches.
Key catalysts include Zeta's quarterly earnings announcements, customer acquisition announcements, and guidance updates that hint at revenue trajectory. Partnership deals, product launches, or competitive pressures could accelerate or slow customer growth. Macroeconomic shifts affecting enterprise spending may also influence trader conviction. Additionally, any management commentary on customer concentration, retention rates, or pricing power could shift market expectations. Traders should track industry reports, competitor performance, and Zeta's investor communications for signals that alter the probability of reaching the super-scaled customer milestone.
