This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the XRP/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the XRP/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/XRP_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance XRP/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, XRP Up or Down - June 7, 6PM ET is priced as a binary contract where traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome. The market price of each share reflects the collective probability assigned by participants. As traders place orders, prices adjust in real time, with the winning outcome eventually settling at 1.00 and the losing outcome at 0.00. Liquidity and order-book depth on Polymarket determine how efficiently large trades execute and influence the tightness of bid-ask spreads throughout the event window.
XRP price action through June 7, 6PM ET may be influenced by regulatory announcements affecting Ripple or the broader crypto sector, macroeconomic shifts in risk appetite, Bitcoin and Ethereum momentum, and XRP-specific developments such as partnerships or technical upgrades. Market-wide volatility, Federal Reserve communications, and shifts in institutional adoption sentiment can also drive directional moves. Monitoring on-chain metrics, exchange inflows, and social sentiment alongside traditional financial news will help you gauge the probability of either outcome as the resolution date approaches.
