This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the XRP/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the XRP/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/XRP_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance XRP/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect trader expectations of XRP's price movement by June 6, 10AM ET, often diverging from current spot prices on crypto exchanges. While spot markets react to immediate news and technical levels, prediction markets embed longer-term sentiment and tail-risk pricing. Comparing Polymarket odds to analyst forecasts and on-chain metrics can reveal whether traders expect XRP to break above resistance or fall below support. Spot price alone does not capture the full probability distribution that prediction markets price in.
On Polymarket, XRP Up or Down - June 6, 10AM ET is priced as a binary contract where traders buy or sell shares representing "Up" or "Down" outcomes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The contract price reflects the cumulative probability assigned by all traders; if "Up" shares trade at a higher price, the market implies a higher chance XRP will rise by the resolution time. Liquidity and order-book depth on Polymarket determine how easily traders can enter or exit positions at quoted odds. The platform uses an automated market maker or order-book model to continuously update prices as new trades flow in.
XRP price direction by June 6, 10AM ET could be influenced by regulatory announcements affecting Ripple or the broader crypto sector, macroeconomic shifts in risk sentiment, Bitcoin and Ethereum momentum, and on-chain activity or partnership news. Technical levels and support or resistance zones matter for short-term moves. Broader market events such as Federal Reserve statements, geopolitical developments, or major exchange listings can trigger volatility. Traders monitoring these catalysts adjust their positions on Polymarket, shifting odds in real time as new information emerges.
