This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the XRP/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the XRP/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/XRP_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance XRP/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, XRP Up or Down - June 5, 2PM ET is priced as a binary contract with two outcomes: XRP moves up or XRP moves down by June 5, 2PM ET. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome, with prices ranging from 0 to 1 (or 0% to 100%). The current odds reflect the volume-weighted consensus of all active traders. Prices update in real time as new trades execute, and the cost to buy a share equals the implied probability of that outcome occurring.
The XRP Up or Down - June 5, 2PM ET market resolves on Jun 5, 2026. At that time, the outcome is determined by whether XRP's price has moved up or down from its reference level at the specified time. Resolution is final once the market closes, and all shares are settled according to the winning outcome. Traders who held the correct outcome receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless.
XRP's directional movement by June 5, 2PM ET could be driven by regulatory announcements, Ripple company news, broader cryptocurrency market sentiment, Bitcoin price action, macroeconomic data, or developments in the SEC's ongoing litigation. Technical levels, exchange listings, partnership announcements, or shifts in institutional adoption could also trigger volatility. On-chain metrics such as large wallet movements or exchange inflows may signal accumulation or distribution pressure. Monitoring these catalysts helps traders anticipate which outcome is more likely to occur.
