This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the XRP/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the XRP/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/XRP_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance XRP/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, XRP Up or Down - June 2, 12AM ET is priced as a binary contract where each outcome trades as a separate token. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the cumulative buy and sell pressure from traders betting on an up or down move. Prices range from 0 to 1, where higher prices indicate stronger conviction in that outcome. Polymarket uses an automated market maker model, so prices shift continuously as new trades execute. Liquidity depth and order flow patterns influence how quickly prices move in response to news or technical levels.
Several catalysts could shift XRP's direction before Jun 2, 2026. Regulatory announcements—especially from the SEC or international bodies—often trigger sharp moves. Ripple company news, partnerships, or litigation updates influence sentiment. Broader crypto market momentum, Bitcoin price action, and macroeconomic events (interest rates, inflation data) can drive altcoin flows. Technical levels and support/resistance zones matter for short-term traders. On-chain metrics like exchange inflows, whale transactions, and developer activity provide early signals. Monitoring these factors alongside prediction market odds helps identify when new information is already priced in or when the market may be caught off-guard.
