The event resolves based on the Ripple-Dollar Real Time Index (XRPUSD_RTI) published by CF Benchmarks at exactly 5 PM EDT on September 3, 2026. The determining value is the simple average price over the sixty seconds immediately preceding that timestamp. Any market outcome requiring a price above a specific threshold will resolve to 'Yes' only if this average exceeds the respective threshold. If pricing data is unavailable or incomplete for the specified period, all affected markets resolve to 'No'.
