This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday) is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/TSLA/history, published under "Historical Prices." In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.

Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect real-money consensus from traders, while traditional analyst forecasts rely on fundamental research and models. Analysts typically publish price targets and earnings estimates months in advance, whereas prediction markets adjust dynamically based on new information, earnings reports, and macroeconomic shifts. For a near-term event like Tesla's weekly close, prediction markets often incorporate faster-moving sentiment around production data, regulatory news, and Elon Musk announcements than slower-moving analyst consensus revisions.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy or sell shares representing yes or no outcomes. The current implied probability reflects the collective bets of market participants on whether TSLA will finish above the strike during the specified week. Prices move continuously as new orders flow in, driven by Tesla news, broader equity market moves, and shifts in trader conviction. The market's depth and liquidity determine how quickly prices adjust to new information.
This market resolves on Jun 12, 2026, following the close of trading for the week ending June 12, 2026. The outcome is determined by Tesla's official closing price on the final trading day of that week. Resolution is binary: either TSLA finishes above the specified threshold, or it does not. Once the market closes, the winning outcome is locked in and payouts are distributed to holders of the correct side.
Key catalysts include Tesla earnings announcements, production or delivery reports, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic data affecting growth stocks. Elon Musk statements on product roadmaps, competition from legacy automakers, and EV market trends can shift sentiment rapidly. Broader equity market volatility, interest rate expectations, and sector rotation between tech and industrials also influence TSLA's near-term trajectory. Geopolitical events, supply chain updates, and changes to EV incentives represent additional wild cards that could move the stock significantly before week-end resolution.
