This market resolves “YES” if the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) of South Korea announces, in its official monthly KTB issuance plan press release for July 2026 published at https://ktb.moef.go.kr/eng/news.do, that it plans to issue Korea Treasury Bonds worth approximately an amount equal to or greater than 15,000 billion won in July 2026 through competitive bidding. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO". "Approximately" is part of MOEF's standard release format and does not affect the threshold. If the July 2026 KTB Issuance Plan press release has not been published on the primary source or its Korean-language version (https://ktb.moef.go.kr/nesDta.do) by June 30, 2026, 23:59 KST, this market resolves “NO”. If the resolution source is unavailable at the moment of resolution, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.

Prediction market odds on Limitless reflect aggregated trader expectations and often diverge from traditional analyst forecasts on South Korean fiscal policy and bond issuance. While analysts may publish point estimates or ranges based on government budget plans and economic models, prediction markets incorporate real-time information and trader conviction through price discovery. Comparing the market's implied probability to published analyst views on South Korea's Treasury bond issuance targets can reveal where consensus differs or where markets are pricing in tail risks that formal forecasts may underweight.
The market resolves on Jun 30, 2026, after the conclusion of July 2026. Resolution is determined by whether South Korea's Ministry of Economy and Finance or equivalent official source confirms that total Korea Treasury Bond issuance in July 2026 reached or exceeded ₩15 trillion. Official government announcements, bond issuance schedules, and financial regulatory filings serve as the basis for outcome determination. Traders should monitor South Korean fiscal policy releases and Treasury bond auction results throughout July 2026 to track whether issuance is on pace to meet the threshold.
Key catalysts include South Korea's official budget announcements, changes in fiscal stimulus plans, and central bank policy shifts affecting borrowing costs. Economic data such as inflation, GDP growth, or unemployment may prompt the government to adjust debt issuance. Political developments, elections, or shifts in fiscal priorities could alter Treasury bond supply. International interest rate movements and foreign exchange volatility may influence South Korea's debt management strategy. Monthly bond auction results and government debt management office communications will provide direct signals on issuance pace. Any revision to the government's annual or quarterly debt issuance targets would significantly impact market odds.
