Description

As of market creation, Roblox is estimated to release earnings on July 30, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Roblox's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $-0.33 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Roblox reports GAAP EPS greater than $-0.33 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If Roblox releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”. If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets are derived from SeekingAlpha estimates, and reflect the consensus of sell-side analyst estimates for GAAP EPS. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless this is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the Roblox earnings beat market dashboard displays real-time odds and trading activity for whether Roblox will exceed analyst expectations in its next quarterly earnings report. The dashboard tracks the current probability, historical price movements, and 24-hour volume to help traders monitor sentiment shifts. This market aggregates predictions from thousands of participants who buy and sell shares based on their conviction about the company's earnings performance. By watching the Roblox earnings beat market, you can see how the broader prediction community assesses management's ability to deliver results and beat consensus estimates.

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional Wall Street analyst consensus because they incorporate real-money incentives and crowd wisdom. While sell-side analysts publish earnings estimates and price targets, this market reflects what traders are willing to stake on an actual beat. Analysts may lag in updating forecasts after new guidance or macro shifts, whereas prediction markets adjust instantly as new information arrives. Both sources are valuable: analyst reports provide detailed fundamental analysis, while market odds reveal the aggregated conviction of informed traders betting their capital on the outcome.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader activity into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy shares representing "yes" or "no" outcomes, and the price of each share reflects the crowd's belief in that scenario. As more capital flows into one side, the price adjusts to balance supply and demand. The current odds are displayed as a percentage, making it easy to see the market's implied probability at any moment. This continuous pricing mechanism ensures that the market stays efficient and responsive to new information.

This market resolves around Jul 30, 2026, after Roblox reports its quarterly earnings and the results are publicly available. The outcome is determined by whether the company's actual earnings per share or revenue exceed the consensus analyst estimates that were in effect at the time of the report. Once the earnings are verified against credible public sources and the beat or miss is confirmed, the market settles and traders receive payouts based on the correct side. Traders should monitor earnings announcements and guidance updates leading up to the resolution date.

Several catalysts can shift odds in this market before it resolves. Roblox management guidance, user growth metrics, or updates on monetization trends could signal stronger or weaker earnings ahead. Broader market movements affecting tech stocks, changes in advertising spend, or shifts in youth engagement with the platform may also influence trader sentiment. Analyst estimate revisions published closer to the earnings date often trigger repricing. Additionally, macroeconomic data, competitive developments, or company-specific news about platform features or creator payouts could move the needle. Traders typically see increased volatility in the final days before the earnings release.
