This market will resolve to "Yes" if Milo Yiannopoulos is officially deported from the United States by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." Deportation is defined as the formal removal of Yiannopoulos from the US by government authorities due to legal or administrative reasons. Voluntary departure, extradition, or relocation without an official deportation order will not count. A removal order that has not been implemented will not be sufficient to resolve this market. The resolution source will be credible reporting from major news outlets or official government statements.

While public polls gather opinions from a broad sample of people, this market reflects the bets of traders who may have different information or incentives. Currently, the chance implied by this market can diverge noticeably from polling averages, either higher or lower depending on recent news, legal developments, or shifts in political climate that affect trader confidence.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders continuously adjust the price based on new information, news coverage, and legal analysis surrounding the potential deportation. The current implied probability reflects the collective judgment of participants about how likely the event is to occur before the deadline, with liquidity and volume influencing how quickly prices respond to major updates.
This market resolves around Dec 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Traders will watch for official government announcements, court rulings, or widely reported developments that clearly indicate whether the deportation has or has not taken place by the specified cutoff.
Key signals include major political statements, legal filings or rulings related to immigration law, changes in government policy, high-profile media coverage, or any official action taken regarding the individual’s status. Each of these can shift trader sentiment quickly, causing sharp moves in the odds as participants reassess the likelihood of the event occurring.
