This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Close price for Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) on the final day of trading of the week specified in the title (normally Friday) is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No". Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. If Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) does not trade at all during the regular session of the final trading day of the week, the market will resolve 50-50. For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange. If the relevant session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of that shortened session will be used. If the relevant day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price. If no valid Pyth price exists for that trading day due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption, the official closing price published by the primary exchange on which the listed security trades will be used to determine the closing price for that day. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed security during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Pyth after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market will be Pyth, specifically the "Close" values for the relevant 1-minute candle for Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) available at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.META%2FUSD.

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they aggregate real-time trader conviction rather than periodic research updates. While Wall Street analysts may issue quarterly or event-driven forecasts for Meta's stock, this market reflects continuous repricing as new earnings data, regulatory news, or competitive developments surface. Traders betting on specific price levels embed their own views of probability, sometimes leading prediction markets to move ahead of or contradict consensus analyst sentiment. Comparing the two reveals whether the crowd is more or less bullish than the professional consensus at any given moment.
On Polymarket, traders buy and sell shares representing yes or no outcomes, with the share price directly reflecting the implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each share trades between 0 and 1 cent, so a price of 0.65 cents means the market assigns roughly 65% odds to the outcome occurring. Liquidity and order flow determine how quickly prices adjust when large trades occur. As new information about Meta's quarterly performance or macroeconomic factors emerges, traders adjust their positions, causing the price to move and reflecting updated collective expectations.
This market resolves around Jul 17, 2026, after the close of trading for the specified week. The outcome is determined by verifying Meta's actual closing stock price against the threshold specified in the market conditions, confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Participants should monitor official market data and company announcements leading up to resolution to assess their positions. Once the resolution date passes and the price is confirmed, the market settles and winnings are distributed to holders of the correct outcome.
Meta's quarterly earnings announcements, user growth metrics, and advertising revenue trends are primary catalysts that could shift trader expectations significantly. Regulatory developments—particularly antitrust actions or data privacy rulings—often trigger sharp repricing. Broader market movements, including shifts in technology sector valuations and interest rate expectations, also influence Meta's stock and thus this market. Competitive pressures from emerging platforms, changes in Meta's AI strategy, or macroeconomic slowdowns affecting digital advertising budgets could all drive meaningful price swings. Traders monitor these signals continuously to adjust their positions ahead of resolution.
