Description

As of market creation, Korn Ferry is estimated to release earnings on June 17, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Korn Ferry’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $1.38 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Korn Ferry reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $1.38 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If Korn Ferry releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.) If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets are derived from SeekingAlpha estimates, and reflect the consensus of sell-side analyst estimates for non-GAAP EPS. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: If multiple versions of non-GAAP EPS are published, the market will resolve according to the primary headline non-GAAP EPS number, which is typically presented on a diluted basis. If diluted is not published, then basic non-GAAP EPS will qualify. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the Korn Ferry earnings beat market dashboard displays real-time odds and price history for whether KFY will beat its next quarterly earnings announcement. Traders here are pricing in their collective expectation of an earnings surprise—a result that exceeds analyst consensus estimates. The dashboard shows current implied probability, recent trading volume, and historical price movements, giving you a live snapshot of market sentiment around this financial outcome. This dashboard reflects only activity on Polymarket and updates continuously as new trades execute.

Prediction market odds often diverge from Wall Street consensus because they aggregate real-money bets from traders with skin in the game, whereas analyst forecasts reflect published estimates from equity research teams. This market prices in forward-looking sentiment and incorporates information faster than traditional consensus revisions. Traders may factor in recent company guidance, macroeconomic shifts, or sector momentum that analysts have not yet fully reflected. Comparing the implied probability here to published earnings expectations can reveal where the market sees upside or downside risk relative to the Street's base case.

On Polymarket, traders set the odds through an automated market maker that prices binary outcomes between 0 and 100 cents. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each share represents a claim on the outcome, and the current price reflects the collective willingness of buyers and sellers to trade at that level. Higher prices indicate stronger conviction that KFY will beat earnings; lower prices suggest skepticism. Liquidity and trading volume on this venue determine how easily you can enter or exit a position at the displayed price.

This market resolves around Jun 17, 2026, once Korn Ferry's quarterly earnings are announced and verified against credible public sources. The outcome hinges on whether actual earnings per share or revenue exceed the consensus estimate that was in effect at market creation. Resolution is binary: either the company beats the threshold and the market resolves yes, or it meets or misses and resolves no. Exact settlement timing depends on when the earnings release occurs and is confirmed by market administrators.

Major catalysts include updated company guidance, analyst estimate revisions, macroeconomic data affecting staffing and consulting demand, and any material business announcements from Korn Ferry. Sector-wide trends in recruitment and talent management can also shift trader conviction. As the earnings date approaches, pre-release commentary, insider transactions, or competitor performance may influence positioning. Market depth and liquidity can amplify price swings if large traders enter or exit positions, and broader equity market volatility may create spillover effects on this contract.
