This market will resolve to "Yes" if KLA Corp's total revenues for the upcoming fourth fiscal quarter, as reported in its official company earnings materials, are above the listed amount. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The specified metric will be considered as reported in the company's official earnings materials. Subsequent revisions will not be considered. If the specified company's official earnings materials for the specified quarter are released, and the specified metric is not included, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified company does not release quarterly earnings materials for the specified quarter by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified metric is reported as a range rather than a specific number, the midpoint of the range will be used for resolution of this market. The resolution source for this market is the specified company's official company earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings. If the specified metric is not reported in these materials, recordings or transcripts of the company's earnings webcast may also be used. Note: This market will resolve based on the most numerically precise version of the specified metric reported in the company's official earnings materials. Only the specified metric will be considered; alternate versions that differ in definition or scope from the specified metric will not be considered.

Prediction market odds and traditional analyst consensus often diverge because they reflect different methodologies. Sell-side equity analysts publish earnings estimates and revenue guidance based on company disclosures, industry models, and proprietary research. This market, by contrast, aggregates real-money bets from traders who profit or lose based on the actual outcome. Comparing the implied probability here to published analyst revenue ranges can reveal where the market sees upside, downside, or consensus risk that Wall Street may have missed or underweighted.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader positions into a continuous probability curve. Each outcome has a price between 0 and 1 (or 0% to 100%), and traders buy or sell shares to express their view. The current odds reflect the aggregate conviction of all participants; as new information emerges or sentiment shifts, the price adjusts in real time. Wider spreads typically indicate higher uncertainty, while tight pricing suggests strong consensus.
This market resolves around Jul 28, 2026, once KLA Corp reports its official Q4 financial results and the revenue figure is publicly verifiable. The outcome is determined by comparing actual total revenues disclosed in the company's earnings announcement or SEC filing against the threshold embedded in the market. Resolution occurs after credible public reporting confirms the final number, at which point the market settles and traders' positions are finalized based on whether the threshold was met.
Several catalysts could shift odds before resolution. Quarterly guidance updates, management commentary on demand trends, and macroeconomic data affecting semiconductor capital spending are key drivers. Competitor earnings or industry reports may also influence expectations for KLA's performance. Geopolitical developments affecting chip manufacturing, supply chain disruptions, or changes in customer inventory levels could alter the revenue outlook. Additionally, any pre-earnings analyst revisions or insider transactions may prompt traders to reassess their positions and adjust market pricing.
