As of market creation, Harley-Davidson is estimated to release earnings on July 23, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Harley-Davidson's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.62 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Harley-Davidson reports GAAP EPS greater than $0.62 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If Harley-Davidson releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”. If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets are derived from SeekingAlpha estimates, and reflect the consensus of sell-side analyst estimates for GAAP EPS. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless this is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

Prediction market odds often diverge from Wall Street consensus because they incorporate real-money incentives and a broader range of information sources. While sell-side analysts publish earnings estimates based on company guidance and historical trends, this market reflects what traders are willing to stake on an actual beat. Analysts may lag in updating forecasts after earnings calls or macro shifts, whereas prediction markets adjust continuously. Comparing the implied probability here to the consensus earnings revision rate can reveal whether the market is pricing in a higher or lower beat probability than the analyst community currently expects.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into continuous odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders purchase shares representing "Yes" (HOG beats earnings) or "No" (HOG misses or meets consensus), and the price of each outcome fluctuates based on order flow and inventory. The contract settles to either 1.00 or 0.00 depending on the final outcome, making the mid-market price a direct probability estimate. Slippage and spreads vary with volume, so larger trades may move the price more than smaller ones.
This market resolves around Jul 23, 2026, once Harley-Davidson's earnings announcement and verified financial results become public. The outcome is determined by comparing the company's reported earnings per share to the consensus estimate at the time of the announcement. If actual EPS exceeds the consensus figure, the market resolves "Yes"; otherwise, it resolves "No." Resolution is confirmed once the earnings are verifiable from credible public reporting and official company disclosures.
Major catalysts include Harley-Davidson's pre-earnings guidance updates, supply chain announcements, and broader motorcycle industry trends. Macroeconomic data affecting consumer discretionary spending—such as inflation reports, interest rate decisions, or retail sales figures—can shift sentiment on luxury goods demand. Competitor earnings or management commentary on HOG's market share and pricing power may also influence trader positioning. Analyst estimate revisions closer to the earnings date typically compress the spread, while unexpected company news or geopolitical events affecting manufacturing or sales can create sharp repricing.
