This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple's iPad revenue for the upcoming third fiscal quarter, as reported in its official company earnings materials, is above the listed amount. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The specified metric will be considered as reported in the company's official earnings materials. Subsequent revisions will not be considered. If the specified company's official earnings materials for the specified quarter are released, and the specified metric is not included, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified company does not release quarterly earnings materials for the specified quarter by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified metric is reported as a range rather than a specific number, the midpoint of the range will be used for resolution of this market. The resolution source for this market is the specified company's official company earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings. If the specified metric is not reported in these materials, recordings or transcripts of the company's earnings webcast may also be used. Note: This market will resolve based on the most numerically precise version of the specified metric reported in the company's official earnings materials. Only the specified metric will be considered; alternate versions that differ in definition or scope from the specified metric will not be considered.

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst estimates because they reflect real-money incentives and crowd wisdom rather than institutional consensus alone. Analysts typically publish point forecasts or ranges based on historical trends and company guidance, while this market aggregates the beliefs of traders who have financial skin in the game. When market odds are significantly higher or lower than analyst expectations, it may signal either underappreciated risks or overly pessimistic institutional views. Comparing the two perspectives can reveal where the market sees opportunities that mainstream research has missed or underweighted.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing yes or no outcomes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the collective probability estimate of all participants; as traders buy shares, the price adjusts upward, and vice versa. This continuous pricing model ensures that the market odds always represent the marginal trader's belief about the likelihood of the outcome. Traders can enter or exit positions at any time before the market closes, and the final price at resolution determines payouts.
This market resolves around Jul 30, 2026, once Apple's Q3 financial results are publicly available and verified. The outcome is determined by whether iPad revenue for the quarter meets or exceeds the specified threshold, confirmed against credible public reporting of Apple's official earnings announcement. Traders should monitor Apple's investor relations announcements and SEC filings for the exact revenue figure. Resolution typically occurs shortly after the company releases its quarterly earnings, allowing the market to settle based on confirmed financial data.
Key catalysts include Apple's product announcements, iPad sales trends reported by analysts, macroeconomic conditions affecting consumer spending, and any guidance changes from the company. Quarterly earnings reports from competitors or supply chain disruptions can also shift trader expectations about iPad demand. Media coverage of iPad adoption in education or enterprise segments may influence sentiment. Additionally, changes in foreign exchange rates or regional market performance could impact reported revenue. Traders should track industry reports, Apple's press releases, and broader tech sector momentum as signals that could reshape this market's odds before Jul 30, 2026.
