This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple's Greater China revenue for the upcoming third fiscal quarter, as reported in its official company earnings materials, is above the listed amount. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The specified metric will be considered as reported in the company's official earnings materials. Subsequent revisions will not be considered. If the specified company's official earnings materials for the specified quarter are released, and the specified metric is not included, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified company does not release quarterly earnings materials for the specified quarter by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". If the specified metric is reported as a range rather than a specific number, the midpoint of the range will be used for resolution of this market. The resolution source for this market is the specified company's official company earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings. If the specified metric is not reported in these materials, recordings or transcripts of the company's earnings webcast may also be used. Only the specified metric will be considered; alternate versions that differ in definition or scope from the specified metric will not be considered.

Prediction market odds on this market often diverge from traditional analyst consensus because traders incorporate real-time information, earnings whispers, and supply-chain signals that formal forecasts may lag. While equity analysts typically publish quarterly estimates months in advance, prediction markets update continuously as new data emerges—including iPhone demand signals, currency fluctuations, and competitive pressures in China. The market price reflects aggregated trader conviction rather than a single analyst's model, sometimes revealing early warnings or opportunities that consensus estimates miss. Comparing the two reveals whether professional forecasters and market participants align on Apple's Greater China trajectory.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time probability quotes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome—whether revenue will be above or below the threshold—has its own contract, and the combined probability of all outcomes sums to 100 percent. Traders profit by buying low and selling high, or by holding positions until resolution. The current odds reflect the latest consensus among active traders, with prices tightening as the earnings announcement approaches and new information surfaces.
This market resolves around Jul 30, 2026, shortly after Apple reports its official Q3 financial results. The outcome is determined by Apple's verified Greater China revenue figure for the third fiscal quarter, confirmed once the company discloses earnings through credible public sources. Traders holding positions in the winning outcome receive their payout once the final revenue number is published and compared against the threshold specified in the market. Early resolution is possible if Apple issues a pre-announcement or guidance revision that definitively settles the question before the standard earnings date.
Key catalysts include iPhone pre-order data, carrier reports from China, macroeconomic indicators affecting consumer spending, currency movements between the US dollar and Chinese yuan, and competitive announcements from rivals like Huawei or Xiaomi. Supply-chain commentary from component makers and logistics firms can signal demand strength or weakness. Geopolitical developments—tariffs, trade tensions, or regulatory changes in China—may shift expectations for Apple's regional performance. Additionally, management commentary during earnings calls for prior quarters, analyst downgrades or upgrades, and broader tech sector momentum all influence trader positioning ahead of the Q3 earnings release.
