This market on Polymarket tracks whether specific individuals will testify to Congress about Jeffrey Epstein before June 30, 2026. Elon Musk testifying carries a 18.9% probability, while ex-Prince Andrew testifying stands at 16.1%. Qualifying testimony must focus primarily on Epstein-related matters and can occur before either chamber of Congress or their official committees, whether live or recorded, in-person or remote. Resolution will be determined by consensus of credible reporting. Watch for any congressional subpoenas or formal hearing announcements related to Epstein investigations as potential catalysts before the June 30, 2026 deadline.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed individual provides testimony about Jeffrey Epstein before either chamber of the United States Congress (House of Representatives or Senate), or any of their official committees or subcommittees, by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Qualifying testimony may be either live or recorded, in-person or remote, and closed or open to the public. A primary focus of the testimony must be information related to Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to the listed individuals’ relationship with Epstein, their appearance in Epstein-related files released by the federal government, their involvement in previous Epstein investigations or criminal proceedings, or their general knowledge of Epstein and his life. Limited references to Epstein in an otherwise unrelated congressional testimony will not qualify. The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect trader expectations about congressional testimony, which differ from traditional polling since this event involves political decisions rather than voter preferences. Markets aggregate real-money incentives and specialized knowledge from traders monitoring legislative developments and political dynamics. While polls measure public opinion on related topics, prediction markets price the actual likelihood of specific individuals testifying based on legislative momentum, political pressure, and insider information. Market odds tend to shift more rapidly than polls when new developments occur.
The market resolves on Jun 30, 2026. Resolution depends on whether the specified individual actually testifies before Congress about Epstein-related matters by that deadline. Testimony can occur in various congressional formats, including hearings, depositions, or formal committee sessions. The outcome is determined by documented congressional records and official proceedings. Traders should monitor legislative calendars, committee announcements, and subpoena activity to assess the probability of testimony occurring before the resolution date.
Key catalysts include formal congressional subpoenas issued to specific individuals, committee announcements scheduling hearings on Epstein-related topics, and developments in related criminal or civil litigation that increase political pressure for testimony. Media coverage of new Epstein case details or victim statements can shift trader expectations. Statements from Congress members about planned investigations or witness lists will directly impact odds. Changes in political leadership or committee composition may alter the likelihood of hearings. Any public confirmation or denial from potential witnesses about willingness to testify will move prices significantly before Jun 30, 2026.
