A market resolves to Yes if the named subject becomes the first person to formally hold the position of Chair of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the German Bundestag after market issuance and before January 1, 2027. The individual holding the position at issuance is excluded from consideration. Only permanent, confirmed, elected, or otherwise formally designated non-temporary positions satisfy the resolution criteria; assumption of the role in an acting, interim, transitional, provisional, caretaker, pro tempore, or other temporary capacity does not qualify. Each subject is evaluated independently, and only the first new chair to assume the position permanently will trigger a Yes resolution for their respective market.
