The outcome depends on whether a single legislative act successfully addresses funding for all twelve appropriations areas before the specified date.

These markets resolve based on whether legislation that fully completes, extends, or restores appropriations coverage across all twelve regular appropriations acts becomes law by the respective deadline. Qualifying outcomes include any government-wide Continuing Resolution (CR) enacted before funding expires or after a shutdown begins, an omnibus bill funding all twelve areas, or a final measure completing coverage for all areas. Markets do not resolve if only partial funding is enacted while some appropriations areas remain unfunded. Each market has a unique deadline ranging from September 26 to December 1, 2026, with identical qualifying conditions across all markets.
