Official acts such as executive orders or signed bills do not count. Each phrase must appear exactly as stated, though grammatical or tense variations are permissible. For phrases containing slashes (e.g., "Bibi/Netanyahu"), either term satisfies the condition. If a phrase requires a minimum number of mentions, all instances must occur after the market issuance. The resolution hinges solely on Trump’s public use of the listed terms within the specified window.
