This market tracks the number of Executive Orders signed by the President between August 23, 2026 and August 29, 2026. Currently, the consensus probability that the President will sign more than 2 Executive Orders during this period is 99.0%. This aggregate reflects trading activity from Polymarket and Kalshi, and will resolve based on audio/video of Trump's remarks during the August 28, 2026 NASA ceremony. Keep an eye on the NASA ceremony in Houston on August 28, 2026, as the resolution will be based on the President’s statements during that event.
Donald Trump is scheduled to attend a ceremony at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston on August 28, 2026 at 11AM ET. (https://www.nasa.gov/news-release/nasas-artemis-ii-crew-set-to-receive-congressional-space-medal-of-honor/). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump says the listed term during the specified appearance. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". This market is explicitly about Trump's attendance of a ceremony at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston on August 28, 2026 (https://rollcall.com/factbase/trump/calendar/). Speeches, events, or comments that occur outside of the named, scheduled event will not qualify toward this market's resolution. If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not available by August 29, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, "-No Qualifying Event-" will resolve to "Yes" and all other brackets will resolve to "No". The resolution source will be audio/video of the event. For full rules, see: https://polymarket-upload.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/market_products/Mentions/Event+Mentions+Contract+DeFi.pdf
The event resolves based on the number of executive orders signed by the President between August 23, 2026, and August 29, 2026. An executive order must be formally titled as such, numbered, signed by the President, published in the Federal Register, and possess the force of law to count. The signing date recorded in the Federal Register determines inclusion, even if publication occurs later. All officially designated executive orders count, regardless of later revocation or amendment. The contract expires two weeks after the period ends, with potential early expiration if relevant orders are published late.
