Each market corresponds to a unique phrase or set of phrases. Resolution relies primarily on video footage of the live broadcast; if video consensus cannot be reached, official transcripts are used. The announcement must be open to the press and delivered by Trump in an official capacity—presence alone or unofficial remarks do not qualify. If the event is canceled, postponed beyond 14 days, or otherwise unable to proceed, the "Event does not qualify" market resolves to Yes, and all others resolve to No. Postponements announced within one day and rescheduled within 14 days keep markets open.
