All markets resolve based on Donald Trump’s exact verbal mentions during a live, press-accessible announcement on Freedom Haulers. The primary evidence for resolution comes from video of the event; if unclear, official transcripts are used. Markets resolve to Yes only if Trump utters the specified phrase (or its plural/possessive form) in an official capacity—private or off-mic comments do not count. If the event is canceled, postponed beyond 14 days, or otherwise fails to meet qualification criteria (e.g., not televised), the "Event does not qualify" market resolves to Yes, nullifying all others. Postponements announced within one day and rescheduled within 14 days keep markets open.
