The event must be opened to the press for a live televised or streamed event to qualify. Promotional content aired during the event counts, but advertisements do not. Previously aired content, archival footage, and recordings from separate times or events are excluded. Resolution is based on Trump speaking in an official capacity; inaudible private conversations or unofficial statements picked up on a hot mic do not qualify. If the event is cancelled or fails to qualify, the "Event does not qualify" market resolves to Yes and all other markets resolve to No. If postponed and rescheduled within 14 calendar days with announcement by the end of the following calendar day, markets remain open.
